This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the BLAPL No.7560 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 03.01.2022 granting bail to the petitioner but in paragraph-5(i), the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Police Station once in a week, preferably on every Sunday at 10 A.M. to 12 Noon may be deleted. Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Accordingly, it is directed that in paragraph-5(i) of the order dated 03.01.2022, "the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Police Station once in a week, preferably on every Sunday at 10 A.M. to 12 Noon" is modified and in its place, it be mentioned as

// 2 // "the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Police Station once in a month, preferably on Sunday at 10 A.M. to 12 Noon", rest part of the order shall remain intact.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
