This Writ Petition involves the following prayer:- "It is therefore humbly prayed that your Lordship may graciously be pleased to admit this Writ petition, issue notices to the Opp. parties especially Opp.party no.6 to appear and to file show cause, if they / he fails to file show cause, your Lordship be pleased to cancel the work order for construction of " Kalyan Mandap" over Plot No. 656, 657 and 660 relating to Khata No.609 under Mouza- Athanga, Tahasil- Cuttack Sadar, Cuttack;

And/ or pass any other direction/s or order/s as your Lordship may deem fit and proper in the aforesaid facts and circumstances;"

Considering the submissions made by the parties and as a representation at the instance of the Petitioners on the selfsame issue vide Annexure-3 is still pending before the Opposite Party No.6, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.6 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-3 and take a lawful decision in the

// 2 // matter taking into account the grounds stated in this Writ Petition so also the documents appended thereto.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner.

It is further directed that in the event the construction of the Kalyan Mandap in question has not been commenced as yet, such construction shall be stalled at least till a decision is taken by the Tahasildar, Cuttack-Opposite Party No.6.
