H.K.Mohanta, learned counsel for Petitioner.

It is submitted that the Petitioner though was proceeded with in a Departmental Proceeding vide D.P. No.76 dated 15.09.2020 and the Petitioner has also filed his written statement of defence on 19.10.2020, but no further progress is being made to the said proceeding. 4.

It is also submitted that because of the pendency of the proceeding, the petitioner is not getting his salary regularly.

In that view of the matter, this Court while disposing the Writ Petition directs the Opposite Party No.2 to dispose of the said proceeding so initiated against the Petitioner under Annexure-5 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order, if there is no other legal impediment and if the same has not yet been disposed of in the meantime.

With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
