Mr. K.A. Guru, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that after filing of the writ petition, the opposite parties have provided the petitioner the format of undertaking for compliance against non-conformities in TT only on 05.09.2022. Therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take follow up action, pursuant to the format of undertaking given by the opposite parties.
