Heard Mr. H. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. K.K. Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel and Mr. L. Mishra, learned counsel for contemnor - Opposite Party No.1. 3.

Mr. Das, learned ASC as well as Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the contemnor submits that in terms of order dated 28th October, 2022, the verification of the properties has been completed by the I.I.C., Uditnagar Police Station on 2nd November, 2022. 4.

Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly submits that nothing more survives in the contempt petition as the order has been complied with.

Accordingly the contempt proceeding is dropped and the CONTR is disposed of.
