This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

It is stated on behalf of Mr. P.K. Rath, learned counsel appearing for opposite parties that since the brief has been transferred from their office, the name of M/s P.K. Rath and associates be deleted from the cause list.

In view of the above submission, the name of M/s P.K. Rath and associates appearing for the opposite parties be deleted from the cause list as well as from the first page of the brief. 4.
Mr. K.A. Guru, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that after filing of the writ petition, the opposite parties have provided the petitioner the format of undertaking for compliance against nonconformities in TT only on 05.09.2022. Therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take follow up action, pursuant to the format of undertaking given by the opposite parties.
