This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Petitioners in this writ petition pray for a direction to issue license in respect of Petitioner-Saw Mill (wood-based industry).

In course of hearing, Mr. Patnaik, learned counsel for the Petitioners on instruction submits that the Petitioner is required to make an application in proper format for issuance of required license. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail statutory remedy by filing an application in proper format before the competent authority. 4.

In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
