This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

On perusal of the case record, it is seen that initially offence under Section 307, I.P.C. was not there along with other offences, and Section 307, I.P.C. has been added to the charge subsequently after passing of the order dated 12.09.2022 by this Court. 4.

Accordingly, prayer for modification of the order dated 12.09.2022 is not maintainable.

However, the Petitioners are given liberty to file bail application afresh, if so advised.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
