Heard Mr. Asok Mohanty, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioners and Mr. A.K. Mishra Learned Additional Government Advocate.

Though notice was issued, vide order dated 20.09.2022 to opposite parties no.3 and 4 & the same have been made sufficient, but none appears for them at the time of call. 4.

In course of hearing, learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioners files a memo annexing a letter dated 11.11.2022 issued by Registrar, Utkal University in court today, wherein it is stated that on the basis of the report of the Local Enquiry Committee, the Utkal University has no objection to issue of consent of Affiliation for Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) programme with admission capacity of 60 seats, for the academic session 2022-23. The memo so filed be kept on record.

In that view of the matter, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 and 2 to take immediate decision on the basis of the letter dated 11.11.2022 issued by Registrar, Utkal University for grant of affiliation to the petitionerinstitution for Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) programme with admission capacity of 60 seats for the academic session 2022-23 within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of this order.
