Mr. P.C. Nayak, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that in compliance of the order dated 06.09.2022, the petitioner could not obtain the documents. Therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition with better particulars.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty as aforesaid.
