This writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 1st December, 2018 (Annexure-3) passed by the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Group Centre, CRPF, Bhubaneswar whereby, he directed the Petitioner to vacate Quarter No.148 Type-II at Group Centre, CRPF, Bhubaneswar.

At the outset, Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

The interim order dated 6th December, 2018 passed in I.A. No.16864 of 2018 stands vacated.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
