This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in 2(b) C.C. No.03 of 2022, pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bhawanipatna, offence under Sections 51 of Wild Life (Protection) Act and is in custody since 05.08.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Kalahandi, Bhawanipatna by order dated 25.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that one of the co-accused has been released on bail by this Court dated 15.09.2022 in BLAPL No.8347 of 2022.

Considering the period of custody and release of the coaccused, this Court directs the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter 7.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
