Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with Golanthara P.S.Case No.117 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.713 of 2020 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Berhampur within three weeks hence and move for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on

// 2 // such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court.

The Petitioner is hereby directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on 27th April, 2022 in between 10.00 am to 2.00 pm and on such other date/s as asked for in order to cooperate with the investigation.

Violation of any of the above condition(s) shall entail cancellation of bail.
