This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioners for modification of the order dated 12.09.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid bail application by relaxing the cash security amount and date of surrender.

Heard.

Considering the submissions made, it is directed that the condition of furnishing cash security of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees five thousand) as imposed in the order dated 12.09.2022 is modified to the extent that each the Petitioners shall furnish cash security of Rs.3,000/-(rupees three thousand).

So far as the extension of time to surrender of the Petitioners before the Court of S.D.J.M., Panposh, Rourkela is concerned, the

// 2 // time to surrender of the Petitioners is extended to another four weeks from today subject to deposit of a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court Bar Association within fifteen days hence and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of deposit.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the stipulated time, time extended for the Petitioners to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

Rest part of the said order dated 12.09.2022 remains unaltered. 8.

I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
