Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The appellant is in custody since 18.04.2022 in connection with Baripada Town P.S. Case No. 265 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 30 of 2022 pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Baripada for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 376(2)(n)/313/417 of IPC read with Sections 3(i)(r)/3(2)(v) of SC & ST (POA) Act.

Considering the nature of accusations, the period of detention already undergone and in particular the statement of the victim
recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of accusations, the materials on record, the period of detention in custody and in particular the statement of the victim record under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the appellant be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the convicting court may deem fit and proper to impose.
