Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner with a limited prayer for early disposal of the complaint case i.e. I.CC No.166 of 2020 which is pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara on the grounds stated therein. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complaint is filed by the petitioner and at present, trial is underway and considering the fact that the proceeding to be under Section 138 of the N.I. Act, a direction may be made to dispose of the complaint case at the earliest.

Considering the above prayer, the CRLMC stands disposed of with a direction to the learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara to ensure disposal of ICC Case No.166 of 2020 expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of the order unless there is any legal impediment. 5.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
