Leaned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw the case.

Consequently, CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution.

It is submitted to the Court by the learned counsel for the opposite party that the complaint is pending disposal since long, inasmuch as, the statement of the petitioner under Section 313 Cr.P.C. was recorded on 9th March, 2015 and there has been no real progress since then and prays for a direction to the learned court below to expedite hearing and its disposal. In view of the above, the learned J.M.F.C., Buguda is requested to expedite the hearing and ensure disposal of the proceeding in 1CC Case No.13 of 2013 as soon as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the above order. 4.
