Considering the request made by Mr. Dash, learned counsel for Order No.

Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to raise objection in the condonation of delay by filing appropriate application for recalling of the order on the premises that in the condonation of delay involving the Election Dispute the Petitioner has not been involved.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn, but with liberty as prayed for.
