Since the petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the notice issued in Form-'Kha' under Section 6(1) of the OPLE Act dated 20.07.2022 by the Tahasildar, Agalpur, it is open to the petitioner to file his reply to the same and in case such reply is filed, the authority concerned shall consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
