Heard Mr.Pattanaik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Dhal, learned Addl. Government Advocate.

Though the grievance of the petitioner relates to grant of certificate of vending, since he has not applied under Form-II of Odisha Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Scheme, 2015, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. However, if so advised, the petitioner may file an appropriate application before the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievances.
