Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present contempt has become infructuous in view of the Department of Health and Family Welfare having released the financial benefits admissible with retrospective effect for the post of Multipurpose Health Supervisor (Male) as directed by this Court vide order dated 5th of July, 2018 in W.P.(C) No.14502 of 2010.

3. In view of the above, the CONTC is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
