1. The Petitioner's representation (Annexure-3 series) shall be Order No.
examined by the Tahasildar, Champua (Opposite Party No.3) and after issuing notice to the Petitioner as well as the Opposite Party Nos.4 to 26 and giving them a hearing, the Tahasildar, Champua (Opposite Party No.3) shall pass a reasoned order thereon not later than 10th April, 2023 and copy of such order shall be made available to the parties within a week thereafter. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.
2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
