This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in C.T. Case No.279 of 2022, pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Balliguda arising out of Balliguda P.S. Case No.174 of 2022, offence under Sections 498(A)/306/34 of IPC and is in custody since 16.08.2022. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Balliguda by order dated 29.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the order of rejection.

Since the petitioners are ladies and in-laws, keeping in view the stipulation under Proviso under Section 437(1) Cr.P.C. and taking into account the period of custody, this Court directs the

petitioners to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Additionally it is directed that they shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when summoned.

8.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
