1. This is an application for modification of the order dated 16.08.2022 passed in MACA No.1206 of 2018.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Appellant as well as learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3.

3. After hearing learned counsel for the Appellant, the prayer is allowed. The expressions "Rs.6,00,000/- (rupees six lakhs)" mentioned in paragraph four of the order dated 16.08.2022 be corrected as "Rs.8,00,000/- (rupees eight lakhs)". The rest part of the said order remains unaltered. Certified copy be corrected accordingly.

4. The I.A. is disposed of.
