Considering the request made by Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to bring such request under appropriate format with payment of required stamp. In the event such application is filed in appropriate format within a period of fifteen days hence, the Tahasildar concerned shall do well in undertaking the required exercise involving the parties likely to be affected within a period of two months thereafter.
