Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Directing the opp. Party No.3 to sanction / sanction 4600/- Grade pay in the of P.B.2(9300/- 34,800) w.e.f. 01.01.2013 to 31.12.2015 and pay Rs.44900/- in Level-10, Cell w.e.f 1.1.2016 attached to the promotional post in MACP entitlement to the post of Asst. Fishery Officer towards 2nd RACP on completion of 20 years of service as per the pay matrix O.R.S.P., Rules, 2017".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that through highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has filed a representation at Annexure-6 to the Writ Petition, before the opposite party No.3 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law and also taking into account the order passed under Annexure-1 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
