This Writ Petition involves the following prayer:- "It is therefore humbly prayed before this Hon'ble Court that in view of the above mentioned facts & circumstances of the case, this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to issue appropriate Writ (s) / Order(s) / Direction (s) / Declaration under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and more particularly:

1. Direct the Opposite party No.1 to cause a spot enquiry and dispose of the representation / complaint dt.28.07.2022 (Annexure 5) filed by the Petitioner in accordance with the Odisha Fire Safety and Fire Prevention Rules 2017 within a period of four weeks.

2. Pass such other order / direction / declaration / Writ (s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem proper in the interest of Justice."

Considering the submissions made by the parties and as a representation at the instance of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue vide Annexure-5 is still pending before the Opposite Party No.1, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.1 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-5 and undertake the required exercise with involvement of the promoter and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this Writ Petition so also the documents appended thereto and also giving opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner as well as the parties likely to be affected. 3.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner.
