This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The Petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T Special (POCSO) Case No.32 of 2022 arising out of Jajpur P.S. Case No.220 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Jajpur for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 363/366/376(2)(n) IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Jajpur by order dtd.24.06.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, filing of charge sheet on 10.06.2022 and the period of custody since

10.04.2022, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

The BLAPL thus stands disposed of.
