I.A No.124 of 2023 1.

This I.A has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 26.10.2022.

It is submitted by the learned counsel that the Petitioner is working as a loader operator to earn his livelihood. The stipulation to appear in the jurisdictional police station once every week is creating hindrance in his employment.

It is on record that in deference to the order, the Petitioner is appearing before the jurisdictional police station and the court on the date fixed.

Considering the submission made and the materials on record, the stipulation relating to appearance before the jurisdictional police station is recalled. The Petitioner shall appear before the learned Court in seisin on the date fixed as earlier.

Accordingly, I.A. stands disposed of.
