This is an application for change of nomenclature from RPFAM to CRLREV.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in view of the subject matter of dispute involved in RPFAM, it should have been registered as CRLREV.

The S.R. has also pointed out that the RPFAM should have been registered as CRLREV.

5.

In view of the above, Registry is directed to register the RPFAM as CRLREV and list it before the assigned Bench after S.R.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
