Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client duly obtained caste certificate. However, fake caste certificate proceeding FCC no.486 of 2010 was filed and is pending. He prays for direction upon opposite party to expeditiously deal with the case.

Ms. Pattanayak, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of opposite party and submits, on direction made, the case will be duly dealt with.
