Heard Mr. Sabyasachi Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Rajesh Tripathy, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State and Mr. Alok Ku. Mohapatra, learned counsel appearing for the informant.

It is stated at the Bar that, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties on the intervention of well-wishers. 4.

Taking note of such submissions and considering the nature of allegation, this Court directs that on surrending the petitioner shall be released on bail, in connection with G.R. Case No. 401 of 2020, pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Jatni arising out of Jatni P.S. Case No.378 of 2020, within three weeks

hence, the terms and conditions as to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
