Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Why the impugned order of termination dated 29.09.2021 under Annexure-5 passed by Opposite Party NO.5 in the fats and circumstances of the case shall not be declared as illegal as such and liable to be set aside. (ii) Why the opposite parties shall not be directed to reinstate the petitioner as Legal-cumProbation Office (LPO) in view of the enquiry report dated 19.08.2021 under Annexure-8 and communication made by Opposite Party No.2 under Annexure-10 within a stipulated time".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that through highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has filed a representation on 05.01.2022 at Annexure-9 to the Writ Petition, before the opposite party No.3 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law and also taking into account the order passed under Annexures-8 & 10 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
