This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in Tigiria P.S. Case No.75 of 2021 Corresponding to Spl. G.R. Case No.151 of 2021, pending in the file of learned Adhoc Additional District & Sessions Judge(FTSC), Cuttack, for offences under Sections 363/366/376(2)(n) of IPC read with Section 6 of POCSO Act. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Adhoc Additional District & Sessions Judge(FTSC), Cuttack, by order dated 19.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Taking into account the 164 Cr.P.C. statement, considering the tenor thereof and the period of custody since 08.01.2022 and filing of charge-sheet, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
