This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioners at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on the last two occasions on 12.10.2022 and 09.08.2016. This CRLMC application is pending before this Court since 08.07.2016 and in the meanwhile around six years have passed. It also appears from the prayer of the Petitioners that the order taking cognizance of offence by the impugned order has been challenged and the impugned order passed way back on 23.04.2016. 3.

In view of the above facts, especially when no one had appeared on the last three consecutive dates, it pre-supposes that the Petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter. 4.

Hence, this CRLMC is dismissed.
