Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State- Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue direction to the opposite party no.1 to initiate a proceeding under the Provisions of EPF & MP Act, 1952 against the opp. party no.2 to recovery of EPF dues, contribution for the period from the date of joining to date of leaving as reflected under Annexure-1 of the writ petition.

(ii) And or Issue direction to the opposite party no.2 to deposit the E.P.F dues along with contribution, administrative charges of the petitioner for the period from their date of joining to date of leaving as per statement under Annexure-1.

(iii) Further the opp. party no.1 be directed to grant pensionary benefit under the EPF Pension Scheme, 1995 in favour of the Petitioners from the date of their retirement / date of disengagement as mentioned under Annexure-1 with all accrued financial benefit within a stipulated period".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.1 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of one week hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.1 shall do well to dispose of the representation within a period of one month. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.1 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. 6.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
