This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner for extension of time to surrender before the court below vide order dated 23.09.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid bail application.

Heard.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the averments made in this application, the time to surrender of the Petitioner before the court below is extended to another four weeks from today.

The surname of the Petitioner as reflected in the cause title of the order dated 23.09.2022 be corrected as 'Mallik' in place of 'Nallik'

6.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
