This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call so also no one had appeared on the last date on 30.09.2022. The order passed by this Court on 30.09.2022 has not yet been complied with by the petitioner. Further, the Petitioner by way of an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has sought for to quash the order taking cognizance of offences as well as the entire proceeding in G.R. Case No. 385 of 2015 pending before the learned J.M.F.C., Dhamnagar and the impugned order of cognizance was passed about six years back.

In view of the aforesaid development, it presupposes that the Petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. 4.

Hence, the CRLMC is dismissed.
