This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This I.A. has been filed for modification of the order dated 13.09.2022 and extension of time to surrender. 3.

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is allowed to carry out necessary corrections in the cause-title and body of the bail application in court today, so far as the 2(a) C.C. case number and name of the court is concerned.

Accordingly, in para-5 of the order dated 13.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.11043 of 2022, the words and figures "2(a) C.C. Case No.17 of 2021" are hereby corrected and substituted by the words and figures "2(a) C.C. Case No.17 of 2020".

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for the Petitioner to surrender before the learned court below, vide the aforesaid order dated 13.09.2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (rupees five hundred) by the Petitioner in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the deposit.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the time stipulated, the time extended for the petitioner to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

Order dated 13.09.2022 stands modified to the above extent only, and this I.A. is disposed of accordingly. 9.
