As submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the correct nomenclature is CRLMA instead of CRLMC. The same is also pointed out by the S.R.

In view of the above, the nomenclature is directed to be changed from CRLMC to CRLMA.

Since the nomenclature is changed, the matter may be placed before the assigned Bench.
