This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. R.N. Prusty, learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

By means of this application, the applicant has sought correction in the cause title of the order dated 19.04.2022. The Respondent has been shown as Tapas Ku. Dalei, who was not impleaded nor was added by this Court in this matrimonial appeal. The recorded Respondent is Smita Swain @ Mohapatra.

We have examined the records and we find everywhere only the name of Smita Swain @ Mohapatra as the Respondent. It is a mistake that occurred while typing the said order.

We do not find any impediment to correct the said mistake. Accordingly, in the order dated 19.04.2022, the name of the Respondent be corrected by inserting the name of Smita Swain @ Mohapatra on direction.

The Registry is directed to correct the original order dated 19.04.2022 by the authority of this order. 7.

In terms thereof, this application stands allowed and disposed of.

A copy of this order be supplied to the counsel for the parties, free of cost.
