Pursuant to notice, Mr. Smruti Ranjan Satapathy, Tahasildar, Tangi appears in person and files his show cause reply. He has enclosed a copy of order dated 10th March, 2022 passed by him to the show cause affidavit, which discloses that pursuant to the direction of this Court in W.P.(C) No.6682 of 2021, Demarcation Case No.20 of 2020-21 has already been disposed of vide order dated 10th March, 2022 and the land in question has been demarcated. Learned counsel for the Petitioner also submits that the Demarcation Case has already been disposed of.

In view of the above, no fruitful purpose will be served in proceeding with the matter.

Accordingly, the CONTC is dropped.
