Heard Mr. N. Maharana, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sk. Zafarulla, learned Additional Standing Counsel.

Mr. Zafarulla files an affidavit in Court today sworn by I.I.C., Telkoi Police Station (opposite party no.4) along with some documents. The same be kept on record. Since on instruction, he submits that pursuant to completion of investigation in connection with Telkoi P.S. Case No.62 of 2020, Final Form under Annexure-A/4 Series has been submitted before the jurisdiction Magistrate, Mr. Maharana submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file a protest petition before the jurisdictional court. 4.
Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file a protest petition. It is made clear that in case such a petition is filed
// 2 // before the jurisdictional court, the said court is directed to proceed with the same in accordance with law. 5.
The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
