This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in 2 (b) C.C. No.05 of 2022, pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhawanipatna, for offences under Section 51 of Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of thier application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Kalahandi, Bhawanipatna, by order dated 30.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and the punishment prescribed, this Court directs the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
