This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for extension of the interim bail order dated 15.12.2022 in which the petitioner was granted interim bail for a period of three months.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after availing the interim bail period, the petitioner has surrendered.

In view of such submission, this interim application is disposed of as infructuous.

Since the petitioner has already surrendered in the Court below and taken into judicial custody, he is at liberty to file fresh bail application before the
