This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in Bhawanipatna Sadar P.S. Case No.223 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.676 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhawanipatna, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 307/302/34 of IPC. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Kalahandi, Bhawanipatna, by order dated 16.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the order of rejection by the learned Sessions Judge.

Since the trial has commenced in the case at hand, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application of the petitioners.

It shall be open to the petitioners to move this Court afresh after examination of material witnesses.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
