This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Prayer for modifications, as sought for in the I.A., is allowed. 4.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners is allowed to carry out necessary corrections in the cause-title of the bail application in court today, so far as the 2(b) CC Case Number is concerned. 5.

In the 5th line of para-6 of the order dated 13.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.11047 of 2022, the words and figures "2(b) C.C. Case No.10" stands corrected and substituted by the words and figures "2(b) C.C. Case No.13".

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for the Petitioners to surrender before the learned court below, vide the aforesaid order dated 13.09.2022, but subject to depositing cost of

// 2 // Rs.500/- (rupees five hundred) by the Petitioners in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the deposit.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the time stipulated, the time extended for the petitioner to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
