This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in G.R. Case No.617 of 2022 pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Khallikote, arising out of Rambha P.S. Case No.203 of 2022, offence under Sections 294/506/306/34 of IPC and in custody since 06.07.2022. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned J.M.F.C., Khallkote by order dated 29.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the order of rejection.

Learned Court below has rejected the bail application inter alia on the ground that the petitioners have criminal antecedents. 7.

Perused the order of learned Court and antecedents of the petitioners

Taking into account that the antecedents are not of recent origin, this Court is persuaded by the submission of Ms. Mamata Behera, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that the petitioners are entitled to be released on bail. 9.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioners are to be released on bail and terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
