This I.A has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 10.10.2022.

Keeping in view the rigors of N.D.P.S Act, this Court is not inclined to modify the order dated 10.10.2022. 5.

Accordingly, the I.A stands dismissed. It shall be open to the Petitioner to move before the learned Court in seisin over the matter for bail, which shall be considered on its own merit. (V. NARASINGH) Judge PKS
