1. The Petitioners representation under Annexure-8 series will be examined by the Collector, Angul (Opposite Party No.2) and after issuing notice to the Petitioners, NHAI and Opposite Parties 8 and 9, and after giving them a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 19th December, 2022 and be communicated to the parties within a week thereafter. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
